Name under player

I know, I know, this was already suggested but it needs to be brought up again. I think we should have player's usernames under their avatar. First reason for this is because sometimes you want to know who someone is but its hard to click their profile as they walk buy because your gun keeps shooting and such. In addition, this would be nice for pvp since you don't have time to click profiles, also you can't anyway so it is impossible to tell who is who which is a bit annoying.

Also to add onto this a way to disable clicking on a players profile. Because dang it's annoying when grinding.
