SOMEONE TOOK ALL I HAVE! HELP!

So basically, someone hacked my account named Bomad, changed the password and email and took all of the items and money on it (Green semi max promo hat and more) After they took everything, they changed the password to the old one and let me back in. When I got in my inventory and ATM where basically clean. How do I get my items/money back? I have proof that I owned the account and I can show the missing items if needed.
