Squisher/Gelata Viridi:

17 HP
0 Power
2 Defense
1 EXP/Gold
0.41 meters tall (pixel measurements)
6.8-9.1 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Squishers are fairly weak monsters. Squishers are oddly prone to attacking larger foes despite their lack of a defense mechanism. Despite the absence of a skeletal structure, squishers have tiny teeth on their mouth, which allows them to eat grasses, leaves, insects, mice, small reptiles, and frogs. Squishers are often seen as pests to the people of Eliatopia.
Fanged Squisher/Gelata Dentis:

20 HP
2 Power
3 Defense
3 EXP/Gold
0.44 meters tall (pixel measurements)
6.8-9.1 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Fanged squishers are slightly tougher than squishers. Although they are no larger than a normal squisher, fanged squishers have developed sharper teeth, which allows them to eat larger prey like rats, chipmunks, and squirrels and bite chunks off carrion. Fanged squishers, like squishers, are found in burrows, which are likely used for shelter. Fanged squishers are excellent swimmers, diving into the water to eat fish and escape predation from Rafflesias.
Petunia/Muscipula Dissimulo:

35 HP
7 Power
4 Defense
6 EXP/Gold
1.61 meters tall (pixel measurements; greatest extent)
Weight unknown due to being a plant
Provisional log entry: Eliatopian petunias are as tall as sunflowers, but Eliatopian petunias are neither petunias or sunflowers. They are actually a disguised carnivorous plant much like the Venus Flytrap. The maws of petunias allow them to catch and eat flying insects, though they have bitten humans as a means of defense. This aggression towards humans has a possible link to bad domestication practices in Eliatopia's past. One scientist who got hit by a Petunia got launched with an impressive kinetic energy rating of nearly 7000 joules, or around 5150 foot-pounds.
Shagdaw/Canis Eliatopis:

45 HP
9 Power
7 Defense
8 EXP/Gold
0.83 meters tall (pixel measurements)
Around 60 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Shagdaws bear no resemblance to wolves, coyotes, or foxes. Their fluffy coat of fur most resembles that of Pomeranians and Shih-Tzus, which led humans to believe that Shagdaws were feral domesticated dogs. Shagdaws were found guarding the trailer of a pair of hillbillies who don't take kindly to humans. Studies on Shagdaw corpses show that Shagdaws live on average 25 to 30 years: far more than Earth's dogs. This longevity has been attributed to a symbiotic relationship with Hellshags.
Spiked Squisher (Smeedle)/Gelata Spicati:

23 HP
8 Power
10 Defense
7 EXP/Gold
0.63 meters tall (pixel measurements)
8.2-10.9 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Spiked squishers, commonly referred to as Smeedles, are spiky squishers that lack any eyesight. To move around, spiked squishers use echolocation to figure out where they are and where to go, allowing them to find food. Their sharp spikes protect them from predators of other squishers such as shagdaws and bears. The only known predator that can get around the spike squisher's defenses is the man-sized Eliatopian Giant Wasp.
Ground Spitter/Truncus Cuniculus:

75 HP
11 Power
14 Defense
13 EXP/Gold
1.3 meters tall (pixel measurements)
238.3-258.4 kg (Flashlight237's estimate; based on White Oak's density of 710-770 kg/m³. Weight only given for encountered individuals)
Provisional log entry: Ground spitters are creatures that make use of the earth underneath for shelter and travel. Ground spitters are herbivorous creatures, relying on shrubs, leaves, and berries for sustenance. They have a unique ability to consume the soil beneath it for use as a defensive weapon against foes. Due to their woodlike nature, the age of a ground spitter can be determined by a series of rings; the older they are, the more rings they develop. Current theory suggests that ground spitters are related to the Leafling under the Truncus family (treelike monsters).
Swamp Crab/Uca Palus:

50 HP
20 Power
16 Defense
15 EXP/Gold
0.70 meters tall (pixel measurements)
45 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: The swamp crab seems to have adapted to the waters of the Muck Swamp without much trouble. Scientists are trying to determine whether these crabs are native to the swamp or if they were introduced through some external means. Fish and Fanged Squisher are preferred items of prey for the swamp crab. There is a symbiotic relationship between the Ground Spitter and the Swamp Crab, in which the Swamp Crabs use Ground Spitter leaves to help deal with constipation issues while Ground Spitters benefit from having their leaves trimmed by Swamp Crabs as a way to help prevent unwieldy overgrowth. While their stubby legs have little meat in them, the swamp crab's large carapace makes for a lovely delicacy on Eliatopia, especially when fried.
Dumtilian/Heloderma Serpentes:

110 HP
29 Power (2 Poison Damage)
9 Defense
20 EXP/Gold
2.68 meters tall (pixel measurements)
15-20 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Dumtilians are creatures found in the sewers of Xantis' slime factory. They resemble a weird mixture of a snake and a lizard, and the toxic waste in sewers indicate that they've mutated from one another. They have developed a resistance to their own toxins and the toxicity of the waste dumped into the sewers. Their diet is unknown as they haven't been found outside the sewers yet. Predation by Dire Rats keeps the population of dumtilians in check.
Armadillo/Tolypeutes Muckus:

65 HP
24 Power
19 Defense
18 EXP/Gold
0.70 meters tall (pixel measurements)
20-30 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Armadillos in Muck Swamp are unusually large, which can be associated with the swamp's abundance of insects and worms. In an unusual feat of strength, these armadillos can attack by curling up into a ball and jumping at foes, a trait exhibited by no creature on Earth yet often displayed in platforming games. Unlike Earth's armadillos, Eliatopian armadillos are surprisingly resilient, as no sightings of roadkill were observed even when armadillos made shelters near a factory's parking lot. Armadillos have excellent climbing abilities, able to climb over fences and buildings much like a raccoon.
Agent/Homo Eliatopis:

65 HP
23 Power
12 Defense
16 EXP/Gold
Varies; 1.6 to 1.9 meters tall (comparable to humans)
60-80 kg (comparable to humans)
Provisional log entry: Eliatopian government agents are Eliatopians who work under the influence of Xantis. Thanks to Xantis' hatred towards humanity, the Eliatopian government has been increasingly aggressive towards humans and whistleblowers who supported humans like Pirth and Partho. They were first encountered underneath Partho's house holding Partho hostage after Partho infiltrated a government-run factory. Interestingly, agents in the swamp have shown signs of profound carelessness. One agent had given away Partho's location fairly easily while several others merely stood around with Partho in their captivity. Agents have only acted against the player when the player used a discarded member ID card to enter the factory.
Toxic Ooze/Fluidus Toxicum:

145 HP
No Inherent Attack Power (6 poison damage)
6 Defense
4 EXP/Gold
1.28 meters tall
160 kg (enough to fill an oil barrel; based on density of toxic sludge)
Provisional log entry: While on Earth toxic ooze is nothing but pollution, the Muck Swamp's slime factory produces toxic ooze that inexplicably comes to life. The ooze, made of waste products from nuclear power plants, is so toxic that mere contact with it can cause radiation burns. The ooze itself cannot attack, however, meaning that the ooze was made for the Ooze Horror's sustenance. Surprisingly, armadilloes can eat these things without any ill side effects.
Ooze Horror/Fluidus Toxicum Maximus:

6000 HP
32 Power
8 Defense
416 EXP/Gold
4.66 meters tall
7.7 metric tons (7700 kg) (slightly over 48 times the volume of a regular ooze monster)
Provisional log entry: Deep within the bowels of the Muck Swamp Slime Factory lies the monstrous Ooze Horror: a monster designed to eat dozens of humans a day. Captured human and whistleblower subjects were fed to the Ooze Horror through a series of tests. When it was ready for launch, however, a group of humans took out the monstrous creature from within its cell. Its brain, while lacking any mechanical parts, was discovered to have a strand of hair from the nature goddess Moonchyllus, who was said to have brought forth life across Eliatopia.
Rafflesia/Rafflesia Vulgaris:

165 HP
40 Power
17 Defense
30 EXP/Gold
1.89 meters wide
35-45 kg (significantly bigger than normal rafflesias)
Provisional log entry: Rafflesias are smelly flowers, and Eliatopian rafflesias are no different. In addition to their foul stench, Rafflesias can attack anything that gets near it. Its red coloration comes from the consumption of iron-rich Fanged Squishers. While it is capable of photosynthesis, its main source of energy is meat consumption, and fanged squishers are a favorite among rafflesias. Unlike fanged squishers, however, rafflesias are not good swimmers, allowing for fanged squishers to make a quick retreat into rivers when it senses a rafflesia nearby.
Logon/Acer Mortis:

180 HP
37 Power
28 Defense
33 EXP/Gold
2.36 meters tall
213.4 to 266.7 kg (estimated based on maple tree density; halved due to being a semi-hollow log)
Provisional log entry: Logons are the creation of Moonchyllus: the Goddess of Nature. Logons came from the resurrection of dead trees. They are aggressive and territorial creatures that chase down and attack anything that draws near. Due to the lack of toxic waste in Red Leaf Hills, it can be assumed that Logons were extensions of Moonchyllus' will, hence their ability to run and attack without any semblance of vital organs. Logons are oddly herbivorous, eating the vast amounts of weeds and thorny plants within Red Leaf Hills.
Grunt/Orcus Vulgaris:

290 HP
54 Power
24 Defense
46 EXP/Gold
2.26 meters tall
200-250 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: Grunts are ogres that reside in the muddy caverns of Red Leaf Hills. Their upper arm strength is enough to allow them to outpunch Petunias. They use their powerful arms to their advantage, hurling themselves at Batlings for food. They have an odd fascination for discarded clothing, hence why they wear pants. Despite their bulk and sheer strength, Grunts are afraid of Logons due to the Logons' association with Moonchyllus.
Hellshag/Canis Inferno:

53 HP
9 Power (8 Fire Power)
7 Defense
11 EXP/Gold
1.02 meters tall (including mohawk)
Around 60 kg (Flashlight237's estimate)
Provisional log entry: A nocturnal species of Shagdaw: the Hellshag has a fiery maw that cooks any prey it eats. Hellshags often share their food with shagdaws, which would explain the unusual longevity of shagdaws. Hellshags have characteristics that are oddly similar to creatures from urban legends. It is ill-advised to serve Hellshag to anyone unless expertly prepared by a trained chef. Hellshag is usually eaten raw, and preparation of hellshag meat requires the careful removal of the tongue and heat glands from the mouth without contaminating the meat. Xantis is explicitly forbidden by law from eating Hellshag. Humans who have eaten Hellshag can compare its flavor to a spicier version of capicola ham.
Stalagmite Stalker/Stalagmite Pyrgískos:

230 HP
41 Power
49 Defense
46 EXP/Gold
2.32 meters tall
1575-1850 kg (Flashlight237's estimate; based on its volume and the density of limestone, which is 2300 to 2700 kg/m³)
Provisional log entry: Stalagmite Stalkers are rock formations brought to life by the nature goddess Moonchyllus, hence their unusual growth and appearance. Unlike any other creature, Stalagmite Stalkers do not require any sort of sustenance. Acting as natural turrets, Stalagmite Stalkers fire rocky darts at any intruder. Stalagmite Stalkers are especially aggressive towards anything associated with Xantis.
Batling/Nychterída Ignis:

33 HP
10 Power (28 Fire Power)
6 Defense
20 EXP/Gold
1.08 meters tall
10-15 kg
Provisional log entry: Batlings prefer to rest in caves, only coming out at night. Batlings are omnivorous, mainly eating chili peppers, but also eating wild nuts, berries, and insects such as moths and locusts. Their chili pepper diet allowed batlings to shoot fireballs as a defense, often scaring off predatory Grunts with their flames. Dragon's Breath peppers were shown to have absolutely no ill side effects when eaten by Batlings. This trait allows Batlings to scavenge off the remains of deceased Hellshags.
As for others, well...
Dire Rat/Rattus Dirus

400 HP
60 Power
27 Defense
??? EXP/Gold
2.15 meters tall
240-270 kg
Provisional log entry: Dire rats are no ordinary rat. These monstrous rats eat Dumtilians on a daily basis and are strong enough to tear a lion apart limb from limb. It is generally advised to use sniper rifles against these rats in order to get rid of them. One rat was observed eating a Grunt it had killed.
Gator Rex/Gator Rex

??? HP
??? Power
??? Defense
??? EXP/Gold
2.8 meters tall (estimated height at the hips)
8.5 metric tons
Provisional Logbook Entry: Gator Rex is a more advanced human-eating bio-weapon than the Ooze Horror thanks to its more solid base. It chases after humans at speeds of up to 50 miles an hour at short bursts. It was also allowed to feed on wildlife, angering Moonchyllus as Gator Rex disrupts food chains just by existing. Like the Ooze Horror, Gator Rex was found to use hairs of Moonchyllus as a life source.
Moonchyllus/Moonchyllus

??? HP
??? Power
??? Defense
??? EXP/Gold
Variable Height (whatever she feels like)
Variable Weight (whatever she feels like)
Provisional Logbook Entry: Moonchyllus is the Goddess of Nature and the deity who created life all over Eliatopia and even Eliatopia itself. As a prominent leading figure, Moonchyllus' power rivals that of ruling figure gods like Zeus and Ra. Moonchyllus was blinded by her own anger towards Xantis; however, after a battle with several humans, Moonchyllus was able to snap out of it. After ceasing her assault, Moonchyllus went to confront Xantis himself, unaware that Xantis might have captured one or two goddesses beforehand.
