Mage storm bug?

Before the update when i used the storm skill the lightning shot immediately and now when I use the skill i have to wait a few seconds before the lightning strikes, i don't know if it's a bug or just a change but it definitely makes this skill worse.

Lightning should strike every 3 seconds when wielding one weapon, and every 1.5 seconds when dual wielding. Wicked lightning strikes should occur every 4.5 seconds with one weapon, and every 2.25 seconds when dual wielding.

Yes, but shouldn't lightning shoot immediately after using the skill? as it was before update and wicked storm?

I can't quite remember if I changed that or not. But I'll go ahead and make it so the first strike can happen immediately. The change will be out whenever next client patches are out, which I'm not sure of when exactly yet.
