Skill/point downgrade system

I think it needs some tweaks.

When you upgrade all 4 points, the ability to downgrade is removed which is kind of weird. I think it should also be accumulated in the point and skill area. Obviously I could spend 128 emeralds, but I'm not very rich :/

This is not likely to happen, you should try to think how are you gonna use your points with anticipation
