make only 2 tornados at a time
yeah. lots of people saying tornados are to op. you see how like mages can only use 2 clouds at a time right? tornadoes are basicly the same thing: you can spawn them, and they kill enemies for you in other parts of the area. tonado traps enemies AND uses all runes AND has ball things fly out of it that dmg enemies even if its not touching them. so i say either only 2 tonadoes at a time or infinite clouds.

It's bad to limit it to two tornadoes, grinding regular enemies would be extremely difficult. Tornadoes don't have a large attack area like clouds. I think it's better to make sure you can't put multiple tornadoes in same place and have an area at middle and around tornado where you can't summon another one (maybe size of those pulsing circles from upgrades or a bit smaller). This would reduce damage from tornadoes spamming and make it less unfair to bosses.
If you have more tornadoes it makes catching players in pvp easier. I guess problem is also in the rune damage and not only that up to 15 tornadoes can hit one target. But the fact that a tornado does rune damage makes me capable of killing warriors with ridiculous defense numbers and putting one tornado to kill a saw guard rather than spamming it multiple times. Rune damage is really helpful.
Also whirl needs a buff, it's useless when fireballs have done their job.

tornado isn't that good, is very easy to dodge: you need to lure enemies in otherwise it won't work.

Just add some CD not a limit. Imagine your whipmaster grinding at area 99.
