Increase S4 Chances

I understand that s4 is supposed to be harder to get because there's that gap between have an s3 weapon and then getting yourself up to s4 and s5, but right now the only mob that drops s4 is cortex. It's hard enough to fight cortex since bosses are being farmed nowadays but it's also horrendous how rare s4 is. The price has sky rocketed from 7m for an s4 to like 20m or even going up towards 30m. I mean speaking from any sane perspective that's a lot of money. It's like trying to find the main character for who is even deemed "worthy" for an s4. LMFAO. Just saying though S4 rarity is getting to me. I also don't doubt that Robby was already planning on adding more chances for s4 in the future updates anyways.
