Ive been trying to get to area 99 for the longest time but I seem to be stuck. I did the mission where I find out more about my brother with the house and the gas station but i feel like im missing something. I still dont have flashback 7 and I think that might be what's holding me back. Does anyone know where flashback 7 is.
