why the heck the oozes dont have poison resistance

Why don't those sewer monsters have poison resistense, they have no problem eating radioactive waste. Also, scrap bot has no poison resistense although it is a robot.

Yeah. I mean Ooze and the Ooze Horror are essentially poison incarnate. The Dumtilian should also have some poison resistance due to eating Ooze and the Scrap Bot should get at least a bit of poison resistance because it, like other metallic/robotic beings, would be considered Steel-type.
