Invisible poison zone?

i entered in pvp zone, and a gunman started shooting me, i received extra poison damage, despite i wasn't on poison zone, it's a bug? or a unsync error?

But doesn't have sense, tornado and storm don't do damage if you change zones, why for gunman still works?

Somebody mentioned this bug last week, and I've made some changes for next update that we'll see if it can fix this issue in next update.
