Writing in main chat cooldown

Seriously, please do not add this. This was one of my least favorite things added in HH. People type fast and it isn't fun waiting 3 seconds to reply to someone. People have suggested many times before the ability to block someone so you can simply ignore it all which I think is a much much better alternative.

Or make it impossible for you to send the same message too often.

Hmm, ok how about just a 2 second time limit between sending messages? That seems like a pretty reasonable amount, but will prevent mass spamming of messages.

some people send the same message 5 times per second which makes talking impossible

Theres a reason this hasnt been suggested in the 3 years eliatopia has existed. Nobody thinks this is an incredible idea. Just block people from saying the same thing.

This or add a way to bypass chat cooldown via cheap pv item like many many minecraft servers do
