Instead of summoning a storm it should just summon a lightning(targets maximun of 10 entities), dealing maximun of 360% damage+ electric rune damage(depends on what e runes u got on ur wands), no ice, poison or ice effects. The affect area should be 30 feet. Each time this skill is used, even tho lighings can target up to 10 entites it will not hit the same enemy 10 times, just once.
The skill branches,
Poison cloud: should affect where lightnings hit, deals a maximun of x1(x0.2 if skill is at lvl 1) of your posion damage(If u have max posion cloud, max element boost, and p3 weapon your lightnings will do 21 poison damage(less if the enemy has poison resistance)
Healing cloud: Lightning affect guildmates too(only if not all the 10 lightnings target enemies, if lighnings targets 5 enemies could only target 5 allies, enemies being targeted first instead of guildmates), healing maximun of 5% player hp(1% if skill is at lvl 1, 5% if its at lvl 5)
Skill mp cost should be the same(Many players will complain this is OP, mp cost is 25 for each set of lightnings, which makes it expensive.
I suggest this rework because i think it will balance mage a bit more(Still not enough buff), this rework prevents this skill to be used for botting, and makes is more useful for pve and pvp, even tho is more expensive in mp.

Support, but also i would add a rework on the magic breathe too and a buff on the shield.
Literally every skill in the mage class is trash rn.

I think the storm cloud is fine how it is, but magicbreath definitely could be changed into an actually useable skill.

It's not, because the basic melee dmg of the mage is to low, and even if u do 360% of dmg, u still do nothing. Yeah but you can't only think about it like that. The fact the cloud is such a large range and doesn't require the player to physically be there to kill the enemy is a big bonus. The cloud SHOULDN'T be as strong as say arrow hoard simply because of that aspect. Also, the storm cloud is really good for KOTH in pvp. It has such a large range that 2 clouds can cover the entire KOTH hill even if you spawn them from below it. The normal hit damage isnt usually that much I'll admit, however when it crits it does A LOT of damage. If cloud was buffed to be any stronger it would just be WAYYYY too op. It should be stronger, because even tho it doesnt require player to be there, u cant spamm it, u can shoot like 7 hoards in 10 seconds, while storm hits with way lower damage each second. Not every skill is supposed to be an OP skill, you are supposed to have support skills too. Storm cloud is a very good support skill, so its fine how it is, and magicbreathe should be turned into the "OP" grind skill. There is no point in covering just a certain area, rather than camping and botting.
