Following the theory about the world of Eliatopia might be the earth, i think the Ancient house refered by quasi-philosopher after defeating Multiplex Cortex may be the player family house.

The flashbacks about the family kinda point that out, they try to make you have some simpaty with them, so would be some kind of plot twist if the house were nuked by Xantis.

I might be wrong but i have feeling that this might be true
