Okay, so here's the deal. The Lifesteal Rune had for a while been confirmed to be the last rune to be added in. Personally, if I were Robby, I'd put limitations on how many runes a piece of equipment can have on it at any time (Sharpening/Hardening + 2 different elements was my standard) so he could leave himself with more room to add in new runes without them becoming overwhelming. That being said, here are the designs I had in mind for them:

The left one was Robby's original design choice: my Demonic Rune. The one on the right is a purple heart with a pink minus symbol on it. A purple heart is used for wounded soldiers, so why not use that? Either way...
As I'm sure Gunmen and Arrow-Hoarders would wind up racking up DPS and becoming unkillable if I went for 2 HP per stage like I wanted, I think this rune would absorb 1 HP per stage. This cannot be resisted by players because... Well, how the heck do you expect me to get that to work on armors? I would buff Enchanted Tip beforehand. Probably give it a base HP draining stat of 4 and go up by 2 points per stage. That way it can still keep itself ahead of the game absorption-wise.
EXP Calculation
Since Lifesteal will probably be limited by what a monster can reasonably absorb, here's one idea I had for determining lifesteal's portion of the XP formula:
Lifesteal XP= Lifesteal^(4/3)*3
That seems about right. Now then...
The Fun Part: Monsters
I have made several monsters for the game. The first monster I'll provide for the rune is a Robby/Flashlight237 hybrid monster that already exists in the game:

Yep! The most popular monster according to my survey: the Night Stalker! I call him a hybrid since he's a mix of both Robby's parts and my parts. How much lifesteal would it have? I think...
Lifesteal: 20 HP
Lifesteal is how much HP a mob would gain from attacking foes, not the actual damage. Just letting you know ahead of time.
Yeah, that seems about right. I mean he's literally eating your face off for food. Hmm, should probably give him a couple more drops to balance the Lifesteal out. Hmm... Aha!
Bat Cowl: $1060; 2.5%; +26.5
Soul Piercer: $46656; 0.2%; +93.312
Stage 1 Lifesteal Rune: $1; ???
Stage 2 Lifesteal Rune: $2; ???
Now then, let's get into some new mobs...
I'll be starting with Red Leaf Hills here because while elemental stuff would appear like right at the beginning of many RPG games, more complex stuff like draining moves tend to appear later on. Having Lifesteal pop up after Ooze Horror sounds fair enough with how relatively basic draining HP is. That being said...
First up is the Red Leaf Hills mob: the Vampire Plant:

Yeah, it's basically a lifestealing Venus Flytrap. It can either bite you and get some health, or whip you with its mid-range vines and deal regular damage without the lifestealing nonsense.
Now then, let's see what I got...:
Name: Vampire Plant
HP: 180
Defense: 18
Power: 50
Lifesteal: 12 HP
EXP: 49
Weight: Unknown due to being a plant.
Eliapedia Entry: The Vampire Plant is a fanged plant that absorbs whatever it eats. The Vampire Plant normally eats insects, rodents, small birds, and squishers, although there were sightings of Vampire Plants eating Batlings at night. Like it's relative: the Petunia, the Vampire Plant subsists more so on eating other organisms than it does on photosynthesis. Its fangs allow the Vampire Plant to get a firm grip on its prey before sucking its bodily fluids up. This process also produces a dry husk that it would promptly chew and swallow with ease. While the Vampire Plant is venomous, its venom has zero effect on humans and is instead only used to momentarily stun its prey while its on the hunt. Vampire Plants are domesticated as novelty items among Eliatopians, though without proper care, they are unlikely to grow to the same size as their wild counterparts. Zoos would keep them in spacious terrariums and are fed frozen rodents and birds. They don't seem to get along very well with captive Rafflesias, however.

Next up... Well, honestly he doesn't look too good, but here's the Echinabsorber!:

Yeah, it's a starfish with a beaked maw. At least that's what it's supposed to be.
Name: Echinabsorber
HP: 160
Defense: 30
Power: 64
Lifesteal: 16 HP
EXP: 69
Weight: 80 lbs
Eliapedia Entry: The Echinabsorber is a floating starfish that is somehow able to breathe on land. It floats through the caves of Red Leaf Hills, where it generally eats the ambient dust through filter-feeding. It would ever so often eat moss and lichens and even snails. While Echinabsorbers are unusually fast for starfish, they move at grandma speed much like the Shellshocker. It generally floats around by bobbing its arms back and forth like a jellyfish. The Echinabsorber is given its name since when they bite, they absorb some of the blood of the attacking animal. Grunts hardly took interest in eating Echinabsorbers due to their largely bony exterior. Like Petunias, which can regenerate from a tiny portion of their stem, an Echinabsorber can regenerate from a part of an arm; however, unlike Petunias, Echinabsorbers can reproduce through regeneration much like a starfish back on Earth.

Next up, we have a mosquitolike mob: the Bloodtrailer:

Why not? Mosquitoes are the deadliest animal on Earth, so having one of them as a battleable mob is a fun idea.
Anyway...
Name: Bloodtrailer
HP: 540
Defense: 24
Power: 100
Lifesteal: 32 HP
EXP: 123
Weight: 120 lbs
Eliapedia Entry: The Bloodtrailer is a giant mosquito that does what it does best: drink blood. Its 30 legs allow it to cling onto anything it can in order to lap up some blood. Consumption of the Bloodtrailer is ill-advised due to their highly-varied diet, which includes the blood of creatures that carry terrible diseases. Strangely, only female Bloodtrailers are willing to suck blood; males, which are way smaller, typically stick with nectar. A Bloodtrailer can be ridden on, though the Bloodtrailer is a bit of an annoying creature to fly. It's almost as if you're riding on a broom for the first time. Some people mistakenly refer to Bloodtrailers as Bloodsorbers.

Here's one for Alion Lake: the Chupacabra:

Here are its sounds:
Fear-Inducing Roar Attack: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... a_Roar.mp3
Death Sound: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... _Sound.mp3
Now, as you can see here, the Chupacabra has two attacks: a bloodcurdling screech that induces fear and its life-draining bite. Fear is a new status effect I came up with that reduces the amount of damage players deal to monsters by 50%. As for the lifesteal skill... Well, it's simple. The Chupacabra clings onto its foe, bites him, and drains his health until its foe shakes him off. Yep! He's a grappling mob!
Now then, for its details.
Name: Chupacabra
When?: Nighttime only
HP: 720
Defense: 64
Power: 250
Lifesteal: 55 HP
EXP: 307
Weight: 480 lbs (he's kind of a string bean just like "real" Chupacabras.
Eliapedia Entry (Written by Moonchyllus): Oh, dear lord... The Chupacabra is a doglike reptile created by the Alion City Nature Factory to attack livestock and humans at night. It sickeningly drains its foes flesh and blood, turning them into shriveled-up, lifeless husks once its done. While Scorpees and Auroch Beetles are capable of holding their own against the Chupacabra, Woolbeetles (Eliatopian sheep) are helpless against the Chupacabra's might. Its grotesque appearance combined with its roar will make humans quiver in fear thus making them helpless against the Chupacabra as well. I've even seen Night Stalkers, which are normally eaten by Scorpees and Beholders, being preyed on by Chupacabras. It's an abhorrent sight if you ask me. While eradication of the Chupacabra is gonna take a bit, I am currently keeping them at bay by sending my Shadowcreepers against them. Shadowcreepers are pretty effective hunters even against Chupacabras.
As for their drop list, well...

After that, we have a friggin' giant bat for the Ice Caves: the Giant Bloodbat:

Despite their size, these monsters are more agile than Blizzers, making them quite a threat. Statwise...
Name: Giant Bloodbat
HP: 1600
Defense: 84
Power: 320
Poison Damage: 8
Lifesteal: 120 HP
EXP: 613
Weight: 2500 lbs
Eliapedia Entry: The Giant Bloodbat is a scary mob residing in the icy caves of the Shroom Borough. It usually rushes down prey in order to catch them and suck them dry. They usually prey on Shroom Warriors and Dome Shrooms. A bloodbat is capable of pushing back a Gal Roach, whose physical strength is comparable to a peak-level Scorpee. Eliatopians believed that Giant Bloodbats are capable of turning themselves into humanlike forms much like vampires did in a variety of movies and books, but it is also noted that the average Eliatopian is dumb enough to believe that bleach is a healthy drink, so these claims are largely malarkey. Bloodbat attacks on Eliatopians are usually the result of provocation and are oftentimes deadly. An estimated 1000 Eliatopians per year are killed by Giant Bloodbats.

Lastly, we got a monster for after the Feral Beast: the Tendril Beast:

This Eldritch Abomination of a beast is quite the doozy. Let's see what it's got...
Name: Tendril Beast
HP: 4500
Defense: 145
Power: 390
Lifesteal: 240 HP
EXP: 1428
Weight: Cannot be measured
Eliapedia Entry: The Tendril Beast is an eldritch abomination whose tendrils can absorb the lifeforce of anything it attacks from far away despite being stuck in place like a tree. This monster can attack multiple foes at once thanks to its many tendrils. I can only describe its tendrils because... Good lord! What even is that thing?! A biblical angel? A Lovecraftian beast? Either way, just looking at that thing from a distance makes it an eyesore, never mind approaching the damΝ thing! What is that thing even doing on Eliatopia in the first place? Where did it even come from? Why is it even here?! I need some brain bleach...
