Does these things opened once in a while or they have time to open ?

You buy items out of them at a discount. And you can sell items into them at a higher rate than a store. >.<

Interesting, selling my unused items, i think once this bargain bins are opened i can sell them but when do they open?

As soon as you or someone else BUYS whatever the heck is inside the bins.

Ouw.... I need to wait for someone to get rid of it, I prefer a "resaler" then(well thats another story)
