Adding footstep sounds to areas

See, some areas are straight up missing footsteps...THINK I've talked about this already but it's getting kinda ridiculous.
Firstly, almost all roads are missing a sound effect, notable in alion, where no sound plays, and the scorpees area, where the GRASS sound is played. It should play the concrete walking sound, it just sounds right.
Second, the Ice cave..it simply HAS none. Normally, caves in Eliatopia are supposed to play this echoing stone footstep sound, which is pretty satisfying to hear too btw. Here it's just nothing, which does not properly convey the spacious area that the Ice Cave is supposed to be.
Any other mentions I'll leave up to anyone else, but these three are the most noticeable since you will spend a LOT of time in those areas.

Ok thanks, I had forgotten to do this on quite a few walkable surfaces. I'll go through and add/fix some of the ones that are missing. After next update if you still notice any missing or what not, just let me know.
