Whipmaster suck

Whipmaster suck

Ive tried different methods on whipmaster to find its potential on farming and pvp. The only obstacle that drives me crazy is how low the non tip damage even though you put too much on finesse the non tip damage really sucks. The tip damage really is high but its hard to always kick some tip damage specially on pvp A.K.A. moving players. Its hard to deal tip damage and the non tip is so low it cant kill stags faster even you have 80 above finesse. You need to revamp the whipmaster robby remove the non tip damage and tip damage instead make it just like normal damage idk how flashlight design this class. Its the lowest of all classes. It doesnt have potential but it has alot of weaknesses.

The heck are you on about? Tip damage is NOT "high", it's actually pretty pathetic (6 tipper sonic booms to kill a shroom knight in triple digit levels is NOT good). I agree, whipmaster sucks, but clearly you don't know WHY he sucks.

Mate, the way I wanted Whipmaster was 1.1x tip damage and 0.9x non-tip damage, then Robby wanted it to be 1.5x tip damage and 0.3x non-tip damage with a variety of damage values in between kinda like Simon Belmont, but then it turned into what it is now: 1.8x tip damage and 0.45x non-tip damage. I mean you are right, at the surface tip damage is perhaps the highest base damage from a regular attack, though like you said, it is troublesome to get a tip hit in if you aren't well-adapted to it. Like comparing a full Manipulator set whipmaster to a full Forsaken set warrior, both with 100 base attack power (Finesse for Whipmaster; Strength for Warrior), and having those guys fight a Znake (88 base defense) it's like this...

Whipmaster

(100+14+14+14+7)*137=20413
20413/88²*5=13.1798812
13.1798812*1.8=23.72378616

23.72378616*0.7=16.6067
23.72378616*1.3=30.8409

Whipmaster
(100+13+13+13+6)*140=20300
20300/88²*5=13.10692149

13.10692149*0.7=9.1748
13.10692149*1.3=17.039

That's without the Sonic Booms and the Rages. Whippy boys already have an advantage over warriors without skills, but I do think bringing Robby's original idea of the class working more like Simon Belmont (crap damage at the hilt, normal damage at the thong, high damage at the tip) back would really be the best buff for Whipmasters right now as, otherwise, I fear for the class' future.

Agreed , the only thing that whipmaster suck is how low the non tip compared to tip. And kicking some tip damage to pvp is ultra hard specially on mobile.

Well for the record around two very quick melee, non-raged mind you, hits, immediately kill a shroom warrior...

six sonic boom tippers should NOT be the equivallent for the same level, and same attack stat. Whipmaster is shιτ, math or not, and needs a huge boost in tip power if we are supposed to take the gimmick in any way seriously.

How are you getting six? You should be getting literally only one with the right math, and that means no passives (brick man, blind hit, whatever), just straight-up base damage.
