Eliapedia Entry Collection

Why is it that only the guy who lands the final blow on any enemy, be it a mob or a boss, gets the enemy's Eliapedia entry? Shouldn't everyone who have fought the enemy get that right, especially those who worked together to fight Cionic Organism and such?

I mean, for regular enemies it should be the one who killed it, but yeah I dunno why bosses, which are supposed to be team based, use the same system.
