General Skill: Two Hander Pro and Dual Wield Pro

Does Two Hander Pro and Dual Wield Pro applies to all classes? How about the Archers?

it doesn't, dual wield pro is useless for archer (or whipmaster, as if he counts)

"Two hander pro" would apply to all classes, yes. However "dual wield pro" would not, seeing as archers can not dual wield bows and whipmasters can not dual wield whips.
