About see through map implementation...
I think items should be the only one that is see-through the map, because hiding in PVP as a tactic will be useless, and it will make PVP less thrilling because you can find the players hiding instantly.
The players should also not be clickable in PVP, it also kills the excitement of making a plan to lure and kill someone in pit so I suggest to add this when the guild flag is implemented, or just do it immediately in the next update.

Re: About see through map implementation...
Ugh.. Not really sure what to do here. I guess this is a case of me not being able to please everyone. It seemed like a majority of players wanted both of those features, so I suppose as long as more players wanted it than not, then that's all I can really do.
Re: About see through map implementation...
To be fair, we only specifically wanted items to be visible. Personally I don't mind being able to see hiding players THAT much, but making it just an item exclusive feature would pretty much please everyone while not bothering anyone else.
Edit: okay the thread legit wanted the players too but I mean most people I've actually talked to, it's items that REALLY required this to happen.

Keep it as it is right now. Also hiding in PVP is good only for certain classes not for all of them, and depending on player tactic it might be usefull or completely useless.

I agree on what Zero has said, able to see through any obstacle (character, coins, and dropped items) should be visible if it is behind an obstacle. But characters in (pvp area) shouldn't be visible if they're behind something as of what Zero said it's "not thrilling". It is a really good feature and many players also wanted this feature to be added.

Re: About see through map implementation...
No?
The implementation is completely good as it is. The only issue so far is the blinking that occurs when you're behind an object. It doesn't need to be entirely removed except for items.
Also if I had any suggestion for this it would be to have a quick fade to the transparency rather than instantaneous
Very glad to see this in the game now!
