Helmet heroes set to eliatopia new set

What if the max level set in hh is the one to use in the new sets in eliatopia? Like angelic set, gemstone set, god set and neoplatic set, ... I KNOW elia is a tribute to hh, why don't we apply to elia? For me they are so cool to apply soon to elia...

the final HH tribute update was the tribal set one (i cant remember the other sets)
there wont be anymore HH items in teh game
