Left and Right Scroll for Skills

This is becoming more of a necessity, so you might wanna, you know, have the skills tab scroll left and right.

Ooohhh yeah I see, never thought about it because previously the only one that had enough skills to almost fill the skill screen was the warrior. If we do this it should probably function like the map screen.
