Guild kills players, maybe guild leader will stand on podium

Pointless and frankly kinda giving away a free podium to ZERO. Personally I think something like a guild bribe statue is cooler since everyone can gather up money, while guild kills would just be the top few players curbstomping the entrance, and while I love curbstomping the entrance I do not think a podium is that interesting when the only seperation is just...well, the leader getting a podium for your kills, or just the leader being the only contributor (again, ZERO, guy's out for blood!).
