for the poison those smol slimy drops it and for the sharpening melmar said crabs drop those and also those stick man of map 35 and for the fire runes dont know someone help us lmfao

Here in factory you can upgrade your weapon with poison runes. #area 31
Also Fire runes are dropped by Logons and Crabs.
Sharpening stone s1 is dropped from Fanged Squishers and Spiked Squishers.
Sharpening stone s2 is dropped from Logons and Rafflesia.
Poison runes s1 and 2 is dropped by that small blobs in boss cage also in area #30 and #31.
