So when I’m pvping I really wanna know who I’m dealing with and I don’t wanna use chat honestly to see they’re ign. So here’s the feature when you enter pvp area your ign will show up (maybe customizable with colors) and now u know who’s the enemy. Idk if this is shitpost but wtv

I think that's a good idea for you, but... It would start toxicity like you know...some players doesn't have common sense that they will probably die in pvp because it's "PvP", they will start trash talking the player who killed them once, or multiple times. Based on my experience, almost 90% players are crybabies, they will say that they know what the word PvP means and what's happening inside that area, but keeps on complaining whenever they die. LoL.

Also the sense of strategic gameplay will be disrupted like when you are planning to do some surprise attack on the player who's camping, it will be a hindrance for you to do that plan cuz the player who entered the PvP area before you will notice your name, they might also add you as a friend to see ur level and stats, even I can take advantage of it.

No I don't think so, robby has already stated the names are hidden to make eliatopia feel less "game-like", which I too personally found neat...soo uhh naw, I think once we get different character colours soon everyone's gonna be distinguishable.
