Also I mean it only works if you hold the button after equipping it so- ehhhhh thankfully too situational for it's own good.

What are you referring to in the video? Are you referring to the items in the menu updating? If so, this is not a bug and is actually supposed to happen. The menu needs to update because you now technically have less ammo since you are shooting, that's why the item effects in the menu are changing.

he meant about the dual wield guns, when you unequip and equip the guns at the same time, the guns won't shoot in sync even though they're the same type of guns.
