Basically, this rune would have a chance to regenerate player health upon damaging the enemy. Essentially a reverse crit.
Stage 1: 10% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.
Stage 2: 20% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.
Stage 3: 30% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.
