Throughout the last couple of days, there's been many rumours and a large controversy in terms of an apparent case of "harassment" which I find to be extremely unfair and massively blown out of proportion. Before I begin to explain my case. I was banned with NO warning and NO input on the situation in-game and this to me or even anyone is very clearly unfair and an obviously biased treatment to some degree

I reiterate, this so-called "harassment" was very far away from any genuine form of harassment. All I did was make a couple of comments to what I thought in my head were harmless jokes. I didn't swear to any degree in-game. I wasn't following the person in question. She was simply in my farming spot if "stalking" was at all mentioned in this report or ban.

If what I was accused of doing is deemed harassment then explain the many vile and toxic comments which are extremely common among a certain group of people, where are the double standards? I have many screenshots on a personal level AND from friends showing how bad some of these people truly are which are the people who supported the case against me. It makes no sense to how a ban can be justified ESPECIALLY without any form of warning in-game.

I have very clearly been framed to be a bad person when I am NOTHING close to that. Again, this situation has been blown massively out of proportion. I spend hours and hours on this game, I spend REAL LIFE money on the game and am at a high level. I'm also very reputable throughout the game and community, I own one of the best guilds, am good friends with many players and it's been this way since the days of helmet heroes.

To wrap this mess up, I want to end by saying that this judgement is extremely unfair in all ways. Even if I genuinely did harass this person, considering my status I think a warning should be necessary or at the least an opportunity to have an input on the situation. I must remind anyone reading this that it was a permanent ban. A permanent ban for someone of a high level, someone whos respected and puts hours and money into the game, someone who didnt even swear at said person or hurl abusive language at and especially someone who had no impact on the turnout considering I was literally involved? Its like two people having a debate or rap battle and one of the people have their mouth completely taped and sealed. Unfair in all ways.

You were bullying me several times, calling me names.
Following me with your buddies in-game and talking weird, cringe things. Maybe for you that sounds like a joke, but believe me, it's not funny hearing "wh ore/bit ch/you are my bit ch now" all the time when you just want to play game and have fun. You even go after my husband talking so really offensive things. And what for? Do I even know you?

No, I am not kidding. Concerning serious situations, I keep it professional.

Your accusations against me of ‘stalking you in the game’ and calling you derogatory terms ‘all the time’ are clear attempts to slander me. And continuous lies of bullying ‘several times’ seem to amaze me as I am in shock at what you can come up with. I will admit. Name-calling in-game did happen a couple of times at most. The exaggeration of ‘all the time’ makes it seem as if my sole purpose when I was online was to come and annoy you which in fact never happened. And if that was my sole purpose would I have leveled up four times within the past week.

I did not bother him which is why this accusation is bewildering. After everything cooled down a few days later I saw your husband in my farming area and tried to bring peace to the whole circumstance by greeting him. I said ‘Hello Geralt’. To my surprise, his response was ‘Why would I talk with you shittalkers?' Naturally, if someone comes for me like that I will respond back. As the person I am, I do not just take abuse like a tap on the shoulder.

Within this thread, I would like to mention the double standards which have not been brought up yet to bring a sense of fairness to this argument. I think it's completely unjust how I can not respond to toxic comments, yet if I did it is considered harassment, but certain members of the community can spew these comments without any further repercussions.

You alongside many other members of the discord have harassed another individual I am close with and have evidence from.

At the end of the day, as you have said and now to my knowledge the ban is only for 30 days. I did not make this thread as a cry for mercy but to stand up to people who have blatantly abused their power. Likewise to myself and others, Aletheia is a well-known person within the community therefore her voice is respected to a degree by the individual who has the final say in all of this. However, if I am able to be banned for a prolonged amount of time out of the blue, without any warnings I think it is very inequitable.

This just opens my eyes to the treatment you are liable to if you are stand-up for yourself in-game.

I want to get this off my chest, I do not hate cinos. I built a strong connection with him in-game not to mention we were good friends at a point in time.

Even though this individual has put words in my mouth in attempts to manipulate others unaware of the situation and degrade my character. It's all good old friend.

You do not need to know cinos personally to comprehend the sort of person he is. Your efforts to defend him are of a nuisance as the screenshots and the way cinos has commuted and portrayed himself within this thread alone make it easy to paint a picture of him as immature and reckless.
