Was the addition of a new Claystone Spawnpoint and Mandrake Spawnpoint in area 62 intentional?

I never heard of accidental spawner creation, so yes.

Actually, I made a small patch this morning to fix a bug on the server. The server code contained some changes for the coming update, but since I had to push the server change out earlier than expected, those changes are now present in the current version.

So yes it is intentional, but it was supposed to wait until next update. =P

U actually can't play in the next update for a few days since the server will keep crashing just like the last update.
