I remember watching an OSRS livestream and the mods were going around killing bots, and the bots would lose everything they had. Instead of banning botters the first time, you should send them to an area where you can kill them, and they will lose everything in their inventory. Once they revive, they will be back in the first area with whatever weapon is for their class
