Storm cloud

I've 30 mp and the usage is 10mp. When I use storm cloud once it burns almost all 30 mp.
Each crash takes a chunk of mp. Looks super cool but i'm not sure this is right.

You either upgraded the skill without reading the MP cost, or you have healing cloud also upgraded. I have the skill at level 1 and it works just fine for me.

Issue: Healing rain doesn't heal also storm cloud eats all mp.

The healing rain isn't healing him when standing directly under the cloud?

And yes, the MP used should be equal to storm cloud + healing cloud + poison cloud all combined. Is this not seeming like the case?

My upgrades should equal 16mp more is depleted when activated.

I'm under the cloud and other players heal.
