Able to see server time on desktop version

Title pretty much says it all, on the browser version you can see what the current server time is right below the game, but it would be cool to somehow be able to see the server time while on desktop version as well. Perhaps putting it in the top right corner or maybe in the settings menu.

Currently, you can see it by clicking the "population" button in the map menu.
