Why is the Guild Hall closed?

I mean it's just 2 workers with no legs. Kinda pointless.

why is anything closed? Doesn't make any sense at all, by far the worst "feature" of the game.

I'll go ahead and extend the hours of the guild hall. It will be open from 3am to 12pm instead of 5am to 11pm.
