Left/Right Scroll Bar in Skills

While trying to come up with an archer skill (Spoilers! I gave up), I came up with something for the Skills menu itself. To allow skills to be more organized in the future, why not put a scroll bar in skills going left to right? Maybe up/down as well, but as it stands, I've yet to see skill branches go beyond 4. Might be helpful should another class be implemented, but so far, I've only figured out one additional class idea, and it'd revolve around boomerangs that you can kinda control in the air. I only recently considered going back to working on the concept.

Just make the screen movable like the map. It makes it accessible for mobile, plus for me because scrollbars without proper scroll wheel implementation are shιτ. (iirc, the scroll bar in eliatopia has had the same problem as HH, that being that it has no sensitivity whatsoever to the scroll wheel, on my mouse atleast, which works fine on actual browser scrollbars).
