New Building in Alion City

This is only my opinion and dont be rude or what so ever about this.
How about if a new building added in alion city coz theres a lot of space in there and it cant be a city with just 4 buildings.
I suggest that a building will be added and it will be a marketplace building or some npc new missions.
BTW why is it called building if its already built?
