Re: Xp formula
I agree. More monsters would help with the exp formula issue.
Re: Xp formula
just make them give more exp especially since it's harder to kill them now
Re: Xp formula
bruh it's fine look at the sweaty players in elia
Re: Xp formula
How the heck is it fine? You need over 1 million exp to level up once in the level 90s. for reference scorpee's give the most exp for a non boss mob which is still only 53. That means over 18,000 scorpee's have to die in order to level up once. Also that's assuming it's a flat 1,000,000 which it isn't. Also what do you mean look at the sweaty players? They take weeks to level up once and that's ok? HOW? And last but not least this discourages new players. Why would I ever play a new game if it required that much effort for 3+ ability points?
Re: Xp formula
Agreed the xp ratio for monsters need to be fixed asap its hard for level 50 and higher to really grind because of how low xp really is and the xp required for leveling up is insanely high. Hope robby you can look into increasing xp for monsters

Re: Xp formula
You're not even lv 90 I still don't see where your logic is, I mean I'm still doing nicely at lv 68
Re: Xp formula
maybe because you are only supposed to be level 35-40, and by the time lvl 90 is the average the mobs will be 4-5 times more xp.

Re: Xp formula
Yeah, Level 68 and even Level 90 is a bit high at this point in the game.... BUT! At the same time, tanky monsters like Armed Dillos and Stalagmites are harder to beat and deal more damage per battle than powerhouse monsters like Dumtilians, Grunts, and Scorpees just by eyeballing it. I should ask Robby what the current formula for EXP given by monsters is, but I think increasing Defense's share in EXP reward would work. Something like (1.5*Defense)² works (note that all the math gets square-rooted in the end).
