A store wher you can make the level requirment lower or highter

Hi Robby and other eliatopians I have a suggestion i think you should add a store in alion shroom brought or even in the abandend gas station or ainchent town that makes the level requirment on weapons or armor or acsessories less or more for money or there could be a rune that called l1 for like leveling 1 or somthing like that thats 5 stages l1 gives 1 level l2 3 l3 5 l4 7 l5 10 or l1 2 l2 4 l3 6 l4 8 l5 10 levels and the max would be 200 the lowest would be 1 and thats all i have to say i realy hope you could add this it would change the game.
