He didn't confirm he just hinted towards. Nevertheless I'll say it again. It wasn't confirmed and was only hinted to happen in a further down the line update. There will NOT 2 sets of armor types per class in presumably tomorrows update. This is proven by Cyro's recent items bot.

I know there won't be 2 sets of armors. Also, It is in the code and he said he will be doing more testing tomorrow with the stats.
