Warden/Assassin Class

Re: Warden/Assassin Class
I highly doubt we will ever see multiple classes. The best we'll get are sub classes, which you can make through the skill tree.
The armor does look pretty sick. Think the weapon could make for an interesting addition for warrior. Unlike getting up close and swinging at the enemy, you can throw your weapon instead.

Dang! This is a nice set! The wheel weapon (akin to Tira from Soul Calibur) is also a unique idea.
I do have a qualm with this. Basically, I think an assassin class (could also be called a rogue class or a thief class depending on your preference) might get a little tangled up with the warrior class due to a very comparable attack style with the way things work. Putting it this way, assassins typically use daggers (which warriors in this game can already do) and are generally speed-based and loot-based (the former impossible since speed is limited to attack animations while the latter is used in archers). Warriors, on the other hand, can mean anything, but is often associated with characters who use stuff like battle axes and broadswords and are generally offensively strong (here, it's more of a skill thing).
I mean it could be possible to allow a rogue class to exist given Epic Battle Fantasy managed to do so with NoLegs the Cat, but ehh... I'm inexperienced with DnD and it's been ages since I've played Shining Force (the only RPG I've played that can allow me to differentiate between classes on that extensive of a level), so it might be wise for me to ask for a second opinion on the matter.
Might be the hasty wording on your end, but we already have multiple classes. Unfortunately, the way the skill tree is currently handled isn't going to allow the whole sub-class thing to happen, so we're gonna need to have custom keybinding of active and semi-passive (semi-passive meaning literally what a light switch does) skills similar to how you can register key items and Poke-rides in Pokemon before that can happen.Jakub34 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 1:06 pmI highly doubt we will ever see multiple classes. Pretty cool set! I think this would fit well. It does look a bit cooler/higher level for right now though, so I think it'd be best to wait a while until more is added to the game for higher level equips.
