Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you playing the game using some sort of proxy or VPN? I think doing so could possibly somehow lead to this issue under weird cases.

My network and network settings are completely in order which is strange, so I figured it could have something to do with the game itself? I've never used a VPN, and I still am unable to create new flags when using incognito tabs.

I've tried to edit flags on the desktop version, and I sadly still get the same reply.

That is very odd. I believe it has something to do with the IP address that the server is seeing. I am curious, do you have an Android or iPhone with the game installed that you can try on? Let me know if not, perhaps I can change the setting on the server that is preventing it.

I tried on my mobile not too long ago and was still met with the same error, so it must be my IP if anything.
