Disable stone/rune effects

Please add a setting to disable rune/stone animations and effects. I'm lagging like crazy.

Just to clarify, are you sure it is the rune effects that seem to cause the lag? Is there anything else going on that could be contributing to the lag?

Could easily be something else, I lag from just about everything in the game but not rune effects hardly.
