new mage skills

Runic Siphoning :
Hitting enemies with anything has an [X]% chance to regain [X]% of MP

Soul Exchange :
Skills cost more MP, thus increasing DMG output for everything dramatically.

Arcane Wizard :
The more MP you have, the more dmg. The less, less dmg
send me money or something i want to buy chips or some fries, idk
