Transfer Guild Ownership Payvault Feature

The subject is the bottom line; I want my main account to be in another guild but i don't want to disband the guild; instead it would be nice if there was a guild ownership payvault option (pref. 50-100 ems).

Guild transfer shouldn't cost any emeralds but I do agree it should be added
