I think it’s time to remove the neuralyzer

So that very bright flash of light just pops up when upgrading a special skill. It’s quite annoying, especially people that have just reset their character and they have to upgrade those points, imagine after, they be blind or even have their memory wiped. The sound that plays is also quite loud and sharp. Maybe a more ambient sound and some tiny weeny particles when upgrading. Or just remove it.
