Whipmaster Skill: Mark of the Whipmaster

Okay, so I had Expertise nerfed to 20% crit chance, but one of the doors I was wanting to open with that was with crit-based skills. I decided to suggest one for Whipmaster as a passive for the class. Why not? Whipmasters rely on swift, precise strikes. As a result, this skill would be fitting of them. Anyway...:

Mark of the Whipmaster
Levels: 5
Base Crit Chance Increase: 2%
Base Devastating Hit Chance Increase: 0.4%
Crit Chance Increase per Skill Level: 2%
Devastating Hit Chance Increase per Skill Level: 0.4%

This should increase a whipmaster's chance of landing a crit from 20% to 30%, making crits 1.5x more likely to hit. Also, a Whipmaster's devastating hit chance would increase from 10% to 12%; a 1.2x increase in the odds of landing a Devastating Hit.

I did the math and, by comparing 1000 attacks, assuming maxed Devastating hits and 4x crit damage, here's what I got.

1000 hits (normal crit chances): 800+180*4+20*8=1680
1000 hits (Mark of the Whipmaster): 700+264*4+36*8=2044

So basically, the crit and devastating hit increases would make 1000 whipmaster attacks worth 2044 attacks as opposed to 1680 normally. Yep.

So yeah, there's that.
