Turn the arrow hoard/other attack enhancing skills into a toggle

Its so dang hard to use right nowm turn it like a toggle where u press it and all ur next attacks become hoards and stuff

Support, I see no reason to use skills right now on mobile since it's difficult.

I remember having this problem while using coin shot. It would be really useful to have these skills as toggles.
