What is that +, -, or -+ on the left of the perks?
I decided to make it easier to understand if a perk is good or not. So if there's a + next to the perk that means it's a good perk, but if there's a - it's a bad perk. If there's a -+ it means it's both. It can be good for some people but detrimental to others.
What is the point of mayors?
Mayors would add "mini updates" to the game while Robby is working on... actual updates.
The premise is basically stolen from Hypixel skyblock but essentially you vote for a mayor which has specific perks and the one with the most votes win.
Special Mayors? Sounds OP. (it kind of is..sorta)
Special mayors (Idea and name stolen from Hypixel Skyblock) Would be very rare candidates that only appear every 4 - 7 elections and give very good perks compared to the other mayors.
How long would they last?
1- 3 weeks

Blandold (Mayor)
Blandold: A pun of bland + arnold. The most basic mayor.
+[Your friend blandold]+10% item sell prices
+[Overcrowding] 1.25x more enemy spawn rates (for most)
+[Economy] +3 coins per coin pickup from enemy drop
-[Alion city pest removal] Cave enemies and Scorpee's now spawn 0.75x slower.
+[Stay healthy!] Healing items cost 50% less
Coald (Mayor)
Coald: A pun on coal + cold. Why? Because he's COLD. He's MEAN. He fought in WW9.
+[Gotta be nimble for war] Player Speed Doubled
+[Real men] Gunman and Warrior prices are halved (starting at crab factory)
-[Sissies] Bow's and Staffs/Wands prices are doubled
-[Become true men] Arrows cost 2 coins
-[True men don't need 'em] Removes critical hits
-[Too OP] Monster's no longer drop runes
-[Complain] No longer able to apply runes
Pope Clauncel (Mayor)
Pope Clauncel: He's the pope. But is he good?
-[We need it] takes 0.5% of your coins in ATM everyday as tax
-[No killing on this holy land] PVP is disabled
-[We need the money we really do] All items cost 5% more so it can go to the church
+[We need strong people in case of war] Monster EXP is 1.75x more
-[We SERIOUSLY need money] 15% of money earned in vendors goes to the church
+[We introduced animal fertilizer last week] Drop rates increase 0.45x
Terrance (Mayor)
Terrance: Commanded coald in WW9 and is much much more mean than coald.
-+[Death] PVP is enabled in Auroch Beetles and Scorpees.
+[Death] Forbidden Forests connect to Alion City now (permanent)
-[No camping] Speed is decreased by 0.15%
-[Real men don't need 'em]All skills disabled

-[Too bad so sad] Enemies give half exp

-[To fund...things] Takes 1% of money in ATM every day as tax
LASTLY: MAYORS CAN NOT BE ELECTED TWICE IN A ROW.

To prevent alt spamming I propose:
-Must complete uncle partho and library mission
-Must be level 28 (and are reminded to vote when logging in)
-You can change your vote at any time
-Every hour there will be a global shout from Robby (does not have to actually be Robby just a global shout in his name) reminding people to vote
-If your IP sends more than 3 votes on 3 different accounts you can't vote on a 4th
-1k coins to vote/change vote
