So I invited my friend to play eliatopia but he was not able to play it because when he played on safari (because he is a mac user) a black screen will only appear and nothing else. I don't know if there's a fix for this but if there is I would really appreciate it

At which point during the game is he seeing this black screen?

After signing in the black screen will appear

Does it happen every time for them? Is it directly after the meteor cut scene that this happens?

After signing in he cant see anything just a black screen

Ok, I am guessing the issue is with him being able to connect to the server. For right now, the best issue may be for him to try and use the desktop version. He's been trying on the web version I'm assuming, correct?
