Improved AI Movement

Okay, so one thing that bothers me is, well, Homing Arrows can move freely, yet not monsters. When monsters attack, instead of actively chasing you, they instead zigzag around. This doesn't really do monsters any favors since some monsters prefer to charge at you (Shagdaws, Hellshags, Great Frogs, and Auroch Beetles), not to mention the zig-zagging would prevent advanced monster movement such as moving around obstacles such as barrels and fences. We wouldn't want a monster to get stopped by fences like "OH NOES! A FENCE!" now, would we? But yeah, there's that.

Yeah, enemies are quite dumb right now.
