Maybe just reduce the damage and or a little cool down. No need to remove the skill or make it dog water.

maybe that guy maxed out (CRUCIAL MP) cuz this guy with the element staff just got lower than 14k

Nahhhh, it's not about the class, I think it's about the damage formula, I have seen an archer with full paladin and can 3-4 shots stalagmites... warriors and mages got the highest damage but mages are midrange cuz of the spell/skills
and btw, he can 3-4 shots but he's not using the strongest weapon for warriors ._.
